摘 要:本试验主要观察了F-苷肽对体外正常状态和氧化应激态的C2C12小鼠成肌细胞葡萄糖消耗及对细胞活力的影响,并考察了F-苷肽对胰岛素促进C2C12小鼠成肌细胞葡萄糖消耗的影响。结果发现F-苷肽对正常的C2C12细胞并无促进糖消耗的作用;F-苷肽与胰岛素合用在一定程度上能够使胰岛素促进糖代谢的作用增强,具有类似胰岛素增敏剂的作用;本试验采用不同浓度的H2O2诱导C2C12细胞使其处于氧化应激的状态,在此条件下,F-苷肽能够促进氧化应激态C2C12细胞的糖代谢,缓解氧化应激对细胞造成的损伤,增加细胞活力。In this experiment, the effects of F-GC on glucose consumption and cell vigor effects of F-GC on insulin function were observed under different conditions. The results of C2C12 and the demonstrated F-GC dose groups couldn't promote glucose uptake and utilization of C2C12 on physiological condition. When utilized with insulin, F-GC could promote glucose uptake and utilization of C2C12 to some extent, so F-GC could encourage insulin sensitization. H2O2 was utilized to stimulate C2C12 at different level, oxidative stress can be induced , under this condition , F-GC could relieve oxidative damage to some extent and promote glucose uptake, F-GC also could promote vigor of C2C12.
