国际纺织品贸易中环境标志制度的经济学分析

摘　　要：为了协调贸易与环境的可持续发展,环境标志制度作为一种手段正在国际贸易中被普遍使用。纺织产业是一种污染密集度高的产业,在国际纺织品贸易中,环境标志制度得到了更大程度的应用。本文用经济学的分析方法,对国际纺织品贸易中的环境标志制度分别从微观和宏观两个角度对其环境效果、经济效率、社会公平、可接受性、制度结构协调性逐一进行评价;并对环境标志制度对纺织品贸易的正、负效应用经济学的模型进行分析,从而得出重要结论。In order to coordinate the sustainable development about trade and environment, the environmental symbol system is used widely in international trade as one kind of trade method. While in the international textile trade, the environmental symbol system is applied to great degree because the textile industry is a highly polluted industry. On the basis of the definition of environ- mental symbol system, by means of the economics analysis methods, this article evaluates the environmental effects, economic efficiency, social fairness, availability and the coordination of system structure about the environmental system in international textile trade from the microcosmic point and the macroscopic point respectively. And it also analyzes the positive and negative influences of the environmental symbol system on the textile trade by means of economics model, and then draws important conclusions.
