摘　　要：加快钢铁企业的并购重组,是体现国际钢铁行业发展内在规律,满足我国钢铁产业发展政策,迅速提高我国钢铁产业生产集中度的必然选择。在实施过程中,要特别注意坚持并购重组的市场化导向,加强对外资并购的有效规制,加强对上游产业的并购重组。Merger ＆ Acquisition（M＆A） is the necessary way to enhance the production concentration of Chinese steel industry, which not only abides the developing rule of intemational steel industry but also implements the Policy on Developing the Steel Industry in China.
