等离子点火在600MW燃煤机组的应用

摘　　要：台山电厂3号机600 MW机组使用了等离子燃烧器无油点火,影响等离子燃烧器使用的因素有等离子燃烧器的直流电压和电流、等离子发生器阴极、煤种、配风方式、煤粉浓度、磨煤机出口温度和炉膛温度。等离子燃烧器点火对机组DCS逻辑、制粉系统、干除灰系统等有影响。Plasma igniter is used in No.3 600 MW unit in Taishan Power Plant. Factors that affects the plasma igniter are DC Voltage and current of the igniter, cathode of plasma generator, coal type, air distribution mode, concentration of pulverized coal, coal pulverizer outlet and furnace temperature. The igniter has effects on DCS logic, pulverizing and dry ash removal systems of the unit.
