摘　　要：在市场经济条件下,影响火电工程招投标价格形成的因素很多,除了受国家产业政策、税收政策、经济政策、设计技术水平和设计标准、市场准入、地方材料价格、地质水文特征、地理位置和交通、地区经济发达与否等影响外,最主要的仍然是市场供求因素影响着买卖双方在交易中的决策行为,处于市场交易弱势的一方通常只能屈从交易强势的另一方。There are many factors affecting the pricing for bidding thermal power projects in market economy, such as state industrial, tax and economy policies, technology level and design standards, market access, material price, geological and hydrological characteristics, location and transportation, regional economy, etc. Among those factors, the most important one is the demand and supply, which influences the decision making between two parties in the transaction. The vulnerable one in the transaction has to yield to the stronger one.
