摘　　要：介绍基于B/S模式的港口设备电子手册管理信息系统的结构、功能、界面设计以及系统开发运行环境。该系统界面友好,使用简单,易于维护,通用性强,可有效地提高港口设备管理的工作效率,降低管理成本。This paper introduces the structure, the function, the interface design and the system development environment for the management information system of E - handbook for port equipments, which is developed based on B/S mode. This system has the advantages of friendly interface, easy use, good maintenance, generalization, etc. It can effectively make the high quality management of the port equipments, and reduce the management costs.
