摘　　要：介绍了最小二乘法的原理及数据处理与建模的程序设计方法。给出了微生物工程中１１种常用的数学模型的建模方法。The least square method principle and the programing method of data processing and the model constitution are presented ,and the model constitution methods of eleven useful mathematic models in microbial engineering are dealt with.
