摘　　要：制造企业的信息化过程是信息技术与制造技术的结合,是用信息化带动工业化的重要有效技术。信息技术作为推动制造企业发展的一种重要手段,对提高企业自身竞争力,应对多变的市场需求有着深远的意义。因此企业信息化建设的规划及其与各种先进技术的整合日益成为众多学者关注的重点。与此同时,标准化作为提高管理水平,保证产品质量一种重要手段,可以通过标准化的管理,标准化的生产以及标准化服务,帮助企业成为以市场为中心、以用户为中心的现代化企业。本文提出了一种以标准化技术和网络化技术相结合来建立制造信息平台的方法,重点从信息体系标准化、开发过程标准化、应用服务网络化的角度,阐述了在该平台下实现以市场和服务需求为驱动,规范管理,质量保障,经济实用的企业网络化制造平台的通用实施架构。The establishing process of information system for manufacture enterprises, which combining the information technology and manufacture technology becomes an important and efficient technology for upgrading manufacturing industry. Information technology is an important way to promote manufacture enterprise＇s development, witch has great implication to improve the self-competition ability of enterprise and meet the requirements of various market changes. Nowadays, the plan for the establishing process of information system and its integration with other modem technology become the focus for many scholars. At the same time, standardization as an important way to improve management level and ensure product quality can help enterprises become market and customer focused modernized enterprises. In this paper, a method that combined standardization technology and network technology was proposed. From the points of system standardization, development standardization and application network, a general network manufacture application framework oriented by market and service, having the characteristics of market management, quality assurance as well as economical and practical was described.
