气相色谱测定羊瘤胃液中挥发性脂肪酸方法研究

摘　　要：建立了程序升温气相色谱法测定羊瘤胃液中的挥发性脂肪酸。样品经过滤离心,偏磷酸溶液酸化后,直接进样分析。结果表明:该方法实现了羊瘤胃液中乙酸、丙酸和正丁酸直接快速分离,方法的精密度、回收率较高。A temperature programming gas chromatography（GC） was developed for the determination of volatile fatty acids in lumen liquor.After faltered,centrifuged,acidified by adding metaphosphoric acid solution,the ramen liquor samples were directly injected into the C,C instrument for assay.The results demonstrated that the direct and fast separation of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid in rumen liquor samples was fulfilled.The method provided datas with low coeflicients of variation and high recoveries.
