摘 要:采用熔炼-铸造-均匀化退火-挤压工艺制备了Al-5.6Mg-0.30Zr-0.07Cr-0.16Mn合金管材。截取试样,经析出退火处理(490℃×24h固溶+300℃×8h过时效)后,制备了冷轧薄板和冷旋薄管。采用OM、TEM、SEM、硬度测量、超塑拉伸试验等手段研究了冷轧板和冷旋管的退火行为与再结晶组织,以及在480~540℃,8×10^-4s^-1条件下的超塑性变形与断裂行为。结果表明,引入析出退火处理有利于冷轧板和冷旋管获得晶粒均匀细小的再结晶组织,有利于提高冷轧板和冷旋管的超塑性。在480—540℃,8×10^-4s^-1条件下,试验合金冷轧板和冷旋管都可以获得良好的超塑性拉伸性能,但是,冷旋管的超塑性均稍低。The extruded pipe blank of Al-5.6Mg-0. 30Zr-0.07Cr-0. 16Mn (wt%) alloy was prepared by using a smelting, casting, homogenizing, extruding process. After precipitating annealing treatment, which consisted of solid solution (490 ℃ × 24 h) and overage (300 ℃ × 8 h), the samples, cut from the pipe blank ,were fabricated into cold-rolled thin sheets and cold-spun thin pipes. Annealing process, recrystaUized microstructures and superplastic deforming and fracturing behaviors of the cold-rolled sheet and cold-spun pipe were studied by means of OM, TEM, SEM, hardness measure and superplastic tensile test. The results show that precipitating annealing treatment is beneficial to obtaining uniform distributed and ultrafine equiaxed recrystallized grain structure and improving superplastic tensile properties for the cold-rolled sheets and cold-spun pipes. The cold-rolled sheets and cold-spun pipes of the testing alloy exhibit good superplastic tensile properties in the condition of 480 - 540 ℃ and 8 × 10^-4 s^-1. However,compared with those of the cold-rolled sheets, superplastic properties of the cold-spun pipes are lower.
