摘  要:利用销盘式磨损试验机研究了具有高碳化物含量的高铬及高钒系铁碳合金的磨粒磨损性能。结果表明,高碳化物铁碳合金的耐磨性取决于材料表面的宏观硬度与碳化物硬度、含量及分布,宏观硬度临界值约为57HRC。当材料的硬度低于临界值时,其耐磨性主要取决于宏观硬度;当宏观硬度高于临界值时,耐磨性主要取决于碳化物的硬度及含量。随着Cr7C3含量的增加,高铬系合金的耐磨性稍有提高。随着VC含量增加,高钒系合金的耐磨性迅速提高。当宏观硬度高于临界值且含量较高的VC均匀分布时,高钒合金的耐磨性是高铬铸铁的2.3—3.5倍。The abrasive wear properties of two kinds of Fe-C alloys with large amounts of carbides, including high chromium alloys and high vanadium alloys, were studied by pin-on-disc wear tester. The results show that the wear property depends on not only the macrohardness of materials but also the microhardness,amounts and distribution of carbides. There is a critical value of about 57 HRC for macrohardness of the alloy. The wear property mainly depends on macrohardness if macrohardness of alloy is lower than the critical value and on the microhardness and amount of carbide if the macrohardness is higher than the critical value. With increasing of Cr7 C3 content in high chromium alloy, the relative wear resistance increases slightly. However, the relative wear resistance increase rapidly with increasing the VC content in high vanadium alloys. When macrohardness is higher than critical value and large amounts of VC is distributed evenly, the wear resistances of high vanadium high speed steels are 2.3 - 3.5 times higher than that of high chromium cast iron.
