摘  要:分析了薄板坯连铸连轧(FTSR)及传统热连轧工艺生产低碳钢板的微观组织,对两种不同工艺生产低碳钢板的力学性能和成形性进行了研究。结果表明,FTSR工艺生产低碳钢板的组织为比较细小、均匀的铁素体晶粒及少量的珠光体组织;铁素体的平均晶粒尺寸约7.0μm,而传统热轧工艺生产低碳钢板的铁素体晶粒较为粗大,约14.0μm;FTSR工艺生产的低碳钢板具有良好的综合力学性能和优良的成形性,钢中存在较高密度位错和少量的第二相析出粒子对钢板性能的提高起到有利的作用。Low-carbon steel plates were produced by flexible thin slab rolling (FTSR) and traditional technology. The microstructure and mechanical properties and formability of the steel plates were analyzed. The results show that the mi- crostructure of the low-carbon steel plate produced by FTSR technology mainly consists of uniform fine ferrite and a little pearlite, and the average grain size of the ferrite is about 7. 0 μm. The ferrite grain size of the steel plate produced by traditional technology is about 14. 0 μM ,which is much bigger than that of the former. The comprehensive mechanical properties and formability of the steel plate produced by FTSR technology are excellent, and that the high density dislocation and a small quantity of secondary phase precipitates existed in the microstructure is useful to the improvement of the properties of the steel plate.
