摘 要:对45MnMoB钢地质钻杆接头进行了瞬时液相扩散焊接,并对焊接后的接头进行了回火、正火两种热处理,比较分析了两种热处理工艺下接头的组织和性能。结果表明,正火处理的瞬时液相扩散焊接头中出现了非均匀组织,虽然接头强度超过母材强度,但接头塑性很差;回火处理的焊接接头其组织、成分仍与母材相似,接头强度、塑性达到钻杆焊接技术要求。After transient liquid phase (TLP) bonding, two kinds of heat treatments, tempering and normalizing, were carried out for the TLP bonding joints of 45MnMoB steel drill rod and the mechanical properties and microstructures of the as-heat treated joints were comparatively analyzed. The results show that there exists nonhomogeneous microstructure in the normalized joint and the joint ductility is poor, although its strength is higher than that of the base metal. However, strength and ductility of the tempered joint meet the technical requirements of the drill rod bonding, with its composition and microstructure similar to the base metal.
