摘　　要：为了解决两栖装甲车辆底盘、浮箱表面的磨损腐蚀问题，研制了新型的纯固态聚氨基甲酸乙酯涂料。试验应用表明该涂料施工性能优异，涂层的耐磨性能和防腐性能优越，满足两栖装甲车辆的使用要求。A new-style rapid solidification 100% solid polyurethane coating is manufactured to solve the remarkable erosion corrosion problem of the chassis and buoyancy compartment in amphibious armored vehicle. The characteristics, principle, and autoptic application of the coating technology are presented in details. As shown in the test, this coating technology has excellent constructing performance, superior wear-resistance and anti-corrosion. It also meets the defense demand of amphibious armored equipment.
