摘　　要：目的:通过方法的改进,提高磷霉素钙微生物检定法的可操作性与准确性。方法:通过调节检定用培养基的pH,从而改进方法。结果:使用本方法检测磷霉素钙更具可操作性,更加准确、方便。结论:该法可在磷霉素钙微生物检定上推荐使用。Objective：The maneuverability and accuracy of the Microbial Assay for Fosfomycin Calcium was improved. Methods： pH value of the culture was adjusted. Results：This improved method was easy to operate and more accurate and convenient. Conclusions ：This method was recommended to be used in the Microbial Assay of Fosfomycin Calcium.
