摘 要:合成了珠状聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚甲基丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯—α—甲基苯乙烯共聚物,用表面轮廓仪比较了二元复型材料和溶解型复型材料的表面复型试验。二元复型材料由甲组份和乙组份混合而成,甲组份是表面附着过氧化苯甲酰的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯—α—甲基苯乙烯球粒,乙组份是溶有固体促进剂DMT的甲基丙烯酸酯溶液;溶解型复型材料是用溶剂氯仿将聚合物溶解。结果表明二元复型材料能较好反映磨痕表面状态,峰形尖锐,峰密度较大,特别是在适当增加乙组份用量时。Ball shaped polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA),polymethyl methacrylate styrene (PMMA ST) and polymethyl methacrylate α methyl (PMMA α MS) were synthesized.A comparison between the surface replication tests of binary replication material and soluble replication material was made by means of suface profilometer.The binary replication material is a ball shaped PMMA α MS polymer on the surface of which there is benzoyl peroxide,and the B part is polymethacrylate in which there is solid promoter DMT.The soluble replication material is a chloroform solubilized polymer.The results showed that binary replication material could well reflect wear trace with shaper and compact peaks,and when the content of B part was increased appropriately,tiny wear trace could be replicated.
