摘　　要：叶利钦时期俄罗斯外交政策的三次调整都是在非理性的国内政治社会氛围中进行的。反思这一时期俄罗斯的外交政策,历经亲西方外交、“双头鹰外交”、多极化外交三个阶段,却始终没有能够从昔日帝国的光环下彻底走出,理性定位以国家利益为最终目标的外交政策。非理性的外交政策选择导致了这一阶段俄罗斯外交的总体失败。The three adjustments of Russia diplomatic policy during the Yeltsin time, which had a developing process from the pro-West policy to the omni-bearing diplomacy, all were carried under the non-rational domestic politics society atmosphere. In fact ,after the adjustments ,Russia did not have to be able thoroughly to go out from under the former empire corona. The non-rational diplomatic policy choice had caused Russia diplomacy overall defeat.
