摘　　要：知情同意权作为患者拥有的基本权利和医生应履行的起码的义务,在沟通医患关系中起着重要作用。由于认知程度的不同,患方主体对病情告知会产生不同的反应。而医生在履行这一义务时会面临法律、伦理和医疗保护制度之间的矛盾。正确认识和处理这些矛盾,对避免医疗纠纷有重要作用。Informed consent right as one of the basic rights of patients developed important effect in hospital and patient communication. But different patient had different reaction in information disclosure. Doctor confronted with the contradiction of law, ethic and medical protection when fulfilled this duty. To solve these contradictions correctly would do much on preventing medical dispute.
