模式搜索法在银川市目标规划模型中的应用

摘　　要：为评价银川市的经济、人口、资源和环境,根据《银川市统计年鉴》中的数据及银川市“十一五”规划情况,选取不同的多目标优先因子,建立了银川市人口(Population)、资源(Resource)、环境(Environment)和经济(Economy)协调发展的非线性多目标模型(PREE),介绍了模式搜索法在求解银川市PREE非线性多目标模型的实际应用,给出了求解银川市PREE模型的算法和Matlab程序的具体实现.研究结果可为制定银川市宏观发展规划提供科学的依据和政策建议.In order to evaluate the PREE（Population, Resource, Environment, and Economy） development environment of Yinchuan city, based on the statistics data from Yinchuan Yearbook and the situation of ＂the eleventh five-year plan＂ of Yinehuan, choosing different multi-goal preferential factors, multi-goal planning model of Yinchuan city. In this paper, the paper established the PREE harmonious development nonlinear the pattern search method was used to solve PREE nonlinear multi-goal programming, the algorithm and the accomplishment of the Matlab procedure was given. Analyzing the situation of Yinchuan city＇ s PREE development in the future, this can provide the scientific references and policy suggestion for making macro-development planning of Yinchuan.
