从肯尼迪“现代化”透视布什中东“民主化”的本质

摘　　要：小布什推行的中东“民主化”战略与美国前总统肯尼迪施行的第三世界“现代化”战略在思想上是相通的,只是由于历史的原因,实施的效果相差较大。“短命”的肯尼迪政府推行的“现代化”战略,树立了美国“国际使命”的典范。小布什政府强力实施的中东“民主化”战略,继承了肯尼迪“改造世界”的思想内核,高举“民主”大旗,具有战略意义的影响。It is surprising that Kennedy＇s ＂Medemization＂ strategy is consistent with Bush＇s strategy of rebuilding Middle East by ＂Democratization＂. They come down in one continuous line. That have exerted and will exert a far-reaching influence on the whole world, especially in recombining the world order and distributing the regional powers. By retrospection of Kennedy＇s ＂Modernization＂, we can understand Bush＇s ＂Democratic Plan of Rebuilding Middle East＂.
