我国优秀艺术体操运动员脊柱形态的调查研究

摘　　要：对我国现阶段不同省份不同年龄的46名优秀艺术体操运动员的胸椎下部至骶骨上部进行了X线摄片检查，对脊柱曲度，顺列、椎间隙和椎体形态的改变进行了观察与分析。结合临床检查，发现该项目运动员的脊柱存在着严重的问题，成为影响运动员正常训练和提高成绩的主要因素之一。46 Chinese elite rhythmic gymnasts at different ages and from different provinces were examinedfrom subthoracic vertebra to supcrsacrum by X－ray. The spine curve,order,intervertebral spaces and vertebral body shapes were observed and analysed. In combination with clinical examinations it was found thatthere were serious problems existing in the spinal columns of the rhythmic gymnasts,which severely affected their normal training and became one of the main factors influencing the improvement of their results
