摘 要:本文采用DSC、PLM和SEM研究了共混比、共混时间及酯交换反应的催化剂、抑制剂对PC/PET共混体系的结构、形态的影响。结果表明:PC/PET是一个部分相容体系;在同等条件下,适当延长共混时间,可使PC、PET间的相容性变好,但同时严重阻碍PET的结晶;催化剂和抑制剂的加入可以改善PET的结晶性能,提高PET的结晶速率,并且改变体系的相形态,形成结构、性能相异的共混物。这些影响有些是由于它们对酯交换反应的影响而造成,有些则与它们本身的性质有关。The effects of blending ratio,blending time,catalyst and inhibitor in transesterification on the structure and morphology of PC/PET blend system were studied by means of DSC,PLM and SEM.The results showed PC/PET blend was a partial compatible system;the compatibility between PC and PET could be improved by prolonging the blending time at the asme condition,but the crystallization of PET would be serously impeded.The use of catalyst and inhibitor could improve the crystallizability of PET,increase the crystalline rate,and change the phase morphology of the blend system,resulted in blends with different structure and property.The effects mentioned above were partly caused by the effects on the transesterification and partly by their own property.
