摘　　要：目的：探讨腔内激光(endovenous lager treatment,EVLT)治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2004年5月～2006年5月间,采用帝克HOP-100 Diode Laser激光治疗机行腔内激光治疗130例(176条肢体)大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料,总结治疗经验和疗效。结果：全组曲张静脉消失,平均住院时间3d。随诊1个月～2年,平均1年,无严重并发症,无复发,无明显手术瘢痕,全组患者均恢复正常工作和生活。结论：腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张,具有住院时间短、安全、有效、美观、操作简便等优点。Objective：To apcvaluatech the effect of endovenous laser treatment（EVLT）for the great saphenous varicose. Methods：130 cases of the great saphenous varicose treated by EVLT from May 2004 to May 2006 were analysed retrospectively. The effect of treatment was analysed. Results： The varicose of all cases disappeared after treatment. Average duration in hospin tal was 3 days. There were no serious complications, recurrence and conspicuous operative scars after one month to two years＇ （average one year）follow-up. All the patients recovered to normal working and living state. Conclusion：Endovenous laser treatment for the great saphenous varicose is safety and effective. It has the merits of short duration of in-hospital and a beautiful outlook of operative site.
