摘 要:将三种不同插层剂改性的蒙脱土与聚酰胺6和聚酰胺66通过熔融共混分别制得纳米复合材料,对其热性能和力学性能进行了研究,对不同插层剂的改性效果和聚酰胺6、聚酰胺66两类纳米复合材料的性能进行了比较。结果显示,所有复合材料的热变形温度、拉伸模量、屈服强度、弯曲模量和弯曲强度均比纯树脂的要高,而断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度则有所下降;蒙脱土对聚酰胺6的改性效果明显好于对聚酰胺66;三种插层剂中,含羟基的季铵盐改性效果最好,含两个长链烃基的铵盐改性效果最差。Ployamide 6 and ployamide 66 were separately melt blended with montmorillonite modified with three organic modifiers to generate nanocomposites. Their heat-distortion temperature and mechanical properties have been investigated. Effect of organic modifier and properties of ployamide 6 and ployamide 66 nanocomposites have been compared. It was revealed that the heat-distortion temperature, tensile modulus, yield strength, flexural modulus, and flexural strength of all nanocomposites were higher than those of neat polyamides. However, the notch impact strength and elongation at beark were decreased. The improvement caused by montmorillonite was better in ployamide 6 than in ployamide 66. The organic modifier containing hydroxy functional group has shown a best enhancement, and that containing two long-chain alkyl groups showed only moderate enhancements.
