面向网络化制造的注塑模CAD/CAE系统研究与实现

摘　　要：分析了网络化制造环境下的注塑模计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助工程(CAD/CAE)协同工作流程,结合网络化制造和注塑成型模拟系统的特点和发展方向,提出了面向网络化制造的解决方案。为实现 CAD 和 CAE 的协同工作,开发了基于协同工作流管理的网络服务系统,实现了 CAD/CAE 数据传输、工艺参数配置以及分析结果显示的系统集成。系统门户网站的设计遵循了注塑成型模拟的业务流程,在应用服务器设计上采用了基于 AOP(面向方面编程)技术的解决方案,提出采用更加标准化、更开放的网络信息集成平台方案,以期推动模具企业数字化制造技术在网络环境下的应用和发展。The cooperative work flow of CAD/CAE for molds of injection under the network environment was analysed, the networked manufacturing and the characteristics and development process of injection molding CAE system were integrated, a solution based on interact is presented. Network service system based on cooperative work flow administration has been developed, and CAD/CAE data transfer, configuration of process parameters, display of results have been realized for the purpose of cooperating work of CAD/CAE. At the same time, a solution based on AOP（Aspect Oriented Programming） is presented, using a more standard and open network information integration platform to promote the application and development of digital manufacturing technology including CAD/CAE for molds of injection in network environment.
