塑料印刷油墨用水性聚氨酯的合成

摘　　要：以聚酯、三甘醇、二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）为原料，合成了阴离子脂肪族水性聚氨酯分散液，研究了改变二异氰酸根与羟基的物质的量比、三甘醇的用量等对黏度、硬度、表观等综合性能产生的影响．结果表明：当异氰酸酯基和羟基的物质的量比n（异氰酸酯基）：n（羟基）=1．8：1，n（二羟甲基丙酸）：n（多元醇）=2：1，n（PBA）：n（三甘醇）=2：3～1：1时所合成的脂肪族水性聚氨酯符合印刷油墨要求．The material of polyester, glycerol, dimethylol propionic acid, isophorone diiocyanate were used to be synthesized anion acyclic waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Through changing the mole ratio of NCO to OH, dosage of glyceroletc, the effection of viscidity, rigitidy, apparent etc were analysed to adjust the craftwork. Therefore, better property is the mole ratio of NCO to OH is 1.8 ： 1, the mole ratio of DMPA to polyol is 2 ： 1 and mole ratio of PBA to glycerol is 2 ： 3 to 1 ： 1, the synthetical resin accord with the require of printing ink basically.
