摘　　要：对当前影响电子期刊的因素进行分析,提出了提高电子期刊利用率的观点。The paper analyzes the problems existing in the using of electronic periodicals, and put forwards the establishment of the integrated system of electronic periodicals, making full use of electronic periodicals.
