摘　　要：介绍了知识服务的内涵和特点及高校图书馆知识服务的模式,分析了高校图书馆学科馆员在知识服务中的作用,论述了高校图书馆学科馆员所应具备的素质。The article talks about the connotation the characteristic and the model of the knowledge service of library in institute. And re- veals the rule of the knowledge service of library in institute and discusses the quality of the librarian of library in institute.
