摘　　要：随着互联网的普及,网络知识产权保护日益受到重视。近来,有关搜索引擎的侵权纠纷不断,文章结合最新案例并依据我国现有的网络信息传播权保护法规的有关规定,阐明了对搜索引擎侵权行为认定的法理依据,并提出相关的防范措施。With the popularization of Interact, network intellectual property protection has aroused greater and greater attention. Recently, search engine infxingement disputes become very frequent, this paper combines latest case, expounds the search engine legal principal basis that tort judges, and proposes relevant precautionary measures.
