摘　　要：分析传统RAID的4种常见模式的技术特点,指出在iSCSI环境中运用RAID技术的重要性。介绍iSCSIRAID的概念,比较传统RAID和iSCSIRAID的异同,研究RAID技术对iSCSI存储的性能、可靠性和安全性的影响。概括iSCSIRAID的性能瓶颈,研究如何进一步提高iSCSIRAID的性能和可靠性。讨论了在iSCSIRAID中如何解决小写问题,并对iSCSIRAID的安全性进行初步研究。The technical features of four commonly used layouts for traditional RAID are analyzed, the importance of applying RAID in iSCSI environment is pointed out. The concept of iSCSI RAID is introduced, it is compared with traditional RAID. The current research is investigated and development of iSCSI RAID is producted, the impact of RAID technique on the performance, reliability, and security ofiSCSI storage is analyzed. The performance bottleneck ofiSCSI RAID is summarized, and on how to improve the performance and reliability of iSCSI RAID is analyzed. Discuss how to solve the small write problem in iSCSI RAID is discussed, and the problem of security is researched.
