摘　　要：生物信息领域软件体系结构是生物信息领域应用软件系统中构件及构件关系的描述。依照域工程的方法过程,分析了生物信息应用领域,给出了领域概念模型。随后以领域概念模型为基础分别提出了独立系统和开放分布式系统的生物信息领域软件体系结构参考模型,最后简要介绍了应用实例,并提出了一些领域内有待研究的问题。Bioinformatics domain software architecture is the description of components and their altemate relations in the bioinformatics software system. According to the methods and processes of domain engineering, a concept model of the domain is presented after the current bioinformatics applications is analyzed, then two reference models ofbioinformatics domain software architecture are given, one is for independent software system and the other is for open and distributed software system. Finally, an instance is described in brief and a few of questions to be resolved in bioinformatics domain are proposed.
