摘　　要：介绍了电工钢“以冷代热”的现状及存在的困难,阐述实现电工钢“以冷代热”的优势及有利条件。对加快电工钢以冷代热提出了一些具体的建议。Present status and existing difficulties of replacing hot rolled silicon steel with cold rolled silicon steel are discussed.The predominance and advantageous conditions of realizing the above process are illustrated. To accelerate the process of substituting CR electrical steel for HR products, this article puts forward some advices.
