摘  要:目的探讨高血压患者血清不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化及其与血压的关系,为高血压早期治疗提供依据。方法高血压患者61例和健康体检者54例。测定其血压、血糖、血脂、肾功能、ADMA和Hcy等。结果高血压患者的ADMA和Hcy分别为(1.35±0.65)μmol/L和(31.63±13.16)μmol/L,显著高于对照组的(0.65±0.29)μmol/L和(22.82±8.30)μmol/L(P<0.01)。经多元回归分析,高血压患者的收缩压与血清ADMA和Hcy分别呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论高血压患者ADMA和Hcy显著增高,血压升高与ADMA和Hcy增高有关。Objective To observe the changes of serum asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA) and homocystcine(Hcy)of the patients with hypertension.Methods The ADMA,Hcy,total cholesterol,triglycerides, glucose and ereatinine in serum of 61 cases with hypertension and 54 healthy controls were measured. Results The levels of ADMA and Hcy of the patients were much higher than those of the contruls, they were (1.35±0.65)μmol/L(31.63±13.16)μmol/L, L in the patients and were (0.65±0.29)μmol/Land (22.82±8.30)μmol/L in controls respectively( P 〈 0. 01), There was significantly pesitive relationship between ADMA and systolic pressure, Hcy and systolic pressure respectivelyP 〈 0.05), Conclusion The patients with hypertension had much higher serum levels of ADMA and Hcy,systolic pressure of the patients was siginificantly related to increase of ADMA and Hcy
