摘 要:将处理后的百合研磨成粒度小于0.1mm的粉状物,加入稳定剂琼脂制成悬浮液,用LaCl3和CsCl消除相关干扰,采用标准加入法在同一试液中利用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mg、K、Na8种元素。结果表明,兰州百合中Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mg、K、Na的质量分数分别是162.0、5.0、30.8、8.4、295.9、574.2、522.9、291.6μg/g。加标回收率分别为:Zn99.4%-100.5%、Mn98.0%-101.8%、Fe92.7%~97.5%、Cu99.9%~102.9%、Ca96.0%~100.0%、Mg93.3%~102.5%、K91.7%-103.8%、Na99.1%-105.0%。以传统湿法的测定结果为参考对测定值进行t检验,发现两者无显著性差异,说明悬浮液进样法的测定结果准确可靠。The lily which has been treated is ground into powder-like matter, in which the size of each granule is less than 0.1 mm. Then, this powder-like matter is made into suspension by adding stabilizer-agar. After removing relevant interference by using LaCl3 and CsCl, we adopt the standard addition method to determine the content of Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu, Ca, Mg, K and Na by using air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry in the same sample solution. As a resuh, the content ofZn, Mn, Fe, Cu, Ca, Mg, K and Na in Lanchow lily is 162.0, 5.0, 30.8, 8.4, 295.9, 574.2, 522.9 and 291.6 μg/g respectively. And the recoveries of these eight elements (Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu, Ca, Mg, K and Na) are between: 99.4% - 100.5%, 98.0% - 101.8%, 92.7% - 97.5%, 99.9% - 102.9%, 96.0% 100.0%, 93.3% - 102.5%, 91.7% - 103.8%, 99.1% - 105.0% respectively. The value that has been determined is examined through t-examination, by referring to the outcome of traditional wet method. The outcome has shown that the difference between the two methods is not remarkable. It showed that the results determined by suspension sample injection are accurate and reliable.
