摘  要:采用循环伏安法研究了新型铜配合物修饰热解石墨电极(CuLIm/PG)的电化学性质及对氧气的电催化作用。考察了该电极作为氧传感器的操作条件。结果表明:修饰电极在pH 7.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液,0^-0.7 V电位范围内,以50mV/s进行线性扫描,峰电流与氧浓度在2.4×10-6~4.8×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.5×10-6mol/L,平行9次测定氧气浓度,相对标准偏差为1.4%。可用于水样中溶解氧的测定。The new synthesized copper complex modified pyrolytic graphite (PG) electrode exhibited highly electrocatalytic activity toward dioxygen reduction by cyclic voltammetry (CV) with good reproducibility and high sensitivity. The peak current was proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the range from 2.4 × 10^-6 to 4.8 × 10^-4 mol/L. The detection limit was 1.5 × 10^-4 mol/L. For 9 replicate measurements of dissolved dioxygen, the relative standard deviation was found to be 1.4%. The modified electrode was applied to the determination of the dissolved oxygen in water samples with satisfactory results.
