摘  要:试验了国内外不同厂家生产的Φ5mm 0.72%~0.82%C帘线钢线材的表面质量。结果表明,多数厂家的帘线钢线材表面无脱碳层,平均氧化层厚度≤7.7μm,厚度波动≤1.13μm,氧化层中Fe3O4与FeO的含量相当,有利于去除氧化层;个别厂家线材脱碳层为0.05~0.10mm,平均氧化层12.47μm,厚度波动≤1.84μm。The surface quality d 0. 72 ~0. 82C Φ5.5 mm wire for steel cord d tyre produced by different predueers at home and abroad was tested and examined. The results showed that surface of wire produced at most producers has no deearburized layer and average thickness of oxidizing scale layer was ≤7.7 μm with thickness difference ≤1.13 μm, in which the Fe3O4 content was equal to FeO content to be available to remove scale of surface, and only there was deearburized layer with depth 0.05 ~0. 10 mm for wire produced at vexy few of preducers, and average oxidizing scale layor waft 12. 47 μm with thickness difference ≤ 1.84 μm.
