摘　　要：目的 探讨T型钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的效果。方法用T型钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折38例，按Neer分型：Ⅱ型24例，Ⅲ型9例，Ⅳ型5例。结果38例均获得6～20个月随访，优良率为94．7％。结论肱骨近端骨折，采用手术切开复位T型钢板内固定治疗，能够获得满意的临床效果。Objective To search the effect of the treatment of fracture in proximal humeral epiphysis with T - type steel phte.Methods 38 cases of fracture in proximal humeral epiphysis had been coUccted,in which included 24 cases of type Ⅱ ,9 cases of type Ⅲ and 5 cases of type Ⅳ according to the classification of Necr. Results The satisfied effect is 94.7 % after 6 - 20 months follow - up. Conclusions With this way, we can obtain pleased effect in clinic.
