紫外分光光度法测定补骨脂中总黄酮含量

摘　　要：目的建立补骨脂药材总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以补骨脂甲素为对照品,氢氧化钠为显色剂,测定波长为440nm。结果在4.1～20.5μg/mL质量浓度范围内,对照品补骨脂甲素的吸收度与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD=2.29%(n=6)。结论分光光度法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,能准确测定补骨脂中总黄酮的含量。Objecfive To establish a method for the determination of the content of total flavonoid in Fructus psoraleac. Methods Bavachin standard colored with sodium hydroxide had a maximum absorhance at 440 nm by UV spectrometry. Results The absorbency and concentration d Bavachin had good linear in the range d 4. 1 -20.5 μg/mL（r=0.9998）.The average recovery rate was 100. 8%.Connchsion The method is easy, highly accurate,reproducible and can be applied to determine total flavonoid in Fructus psoraleae accurately.
