通辽市二元经济现状分析

摘　　要：“充分发挥通辽市农牧业资源优势,打造内蒙古自治区和东北地区重要的农畜产品生产、加工、集散基地”是通辽市发挥资源和区位两大优势,寻求发展机遇的现行政策导向。在对接东北经济圈的发展战略中,我们应该清醒地认识到通辽市二元经济的特点,探索作为一个区域经济自身存在的内部结构问题才有助于合理有效地利用外在驱动,从而解决经济发展的根本困境。The two advantage of developing resources and geography in Tongliao city and the policy guidance of seeking developing opportunity is to develop sufficiently the advantages of agricultual and livestock resources and consruct important production, procession and collection base for agricultural porduct in inner Mogolian and North-west region. In the developing strategy of economic circle in north east region, we should realize the characters of a dual economy in Tongliao City and expore the innner problem that exist in regional economy, sa as to take advatage of outside driven efficiently and reasonable and overcome difficulties of economic development.
