摘　　要：档案自动化管理的现状与发展孙淑扬ＰｒｅｓｅｎｔＳｔａｔｕｓａｎｄＤｅｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔｏｆＡｒｃｈｉｖｅｓＡｕｔｏｍａｔｉｏｎＭａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ￥ＳｕｎＳｕｙａｎｇＡｂｓｔｒａｃｔ：Ｔｈｒｏｕｇｈｍｏｒｅｔｈａｎｔｅｎｙｅａｒｓｄｅｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎ...Through more than ten years development,the major achievements in archives automation management of China are as follows:a batch of excellent and pragmatic archival computer management systems have been developedl the standardization of archival data has been promoted ;research on archives automation management has greatly developed; a team of practical personnel in the application of archival computers has been trained and brought up, etc. The major problems of archives automation management are as follows:the level of the development is not balanced in the countryl some of the units lack overall planning and scientific management; the fulltext storing of archives ; the pre-treatment of archival data; training of the staff, etc. The trends for development are as follows: adapting traditional style of archives management to the needs of automation management; the realization of integrated computer management of records and archives; storage and retrieval of archival texts by means of optical disks;bringing the archival work into the MIS system and OA system by means of computer communication techniques; multi-media and other new techniques, etc.
