摘 要:由于甘蔗收获机整机性能的切割质量受到多因素的综合影响,综合应用了正交试验与模糊综合评价方法,对反映甘蔗根部切割质量的破头率进行了研究。首先通过正交试验研究不同参数组合对不同考察指标的影响,然后根据模糊评价方法对破头率进行了综合评价,并依据评价值结合正交试验进行极差分析确定了最优参数组合,从而将多指标试验转换为单指标试验。研究结果表明,采用模糊综合评价方法可取得较好的应用效果。The cutting quality reflexes partly the overall performance of the sugarcane harvester and is affected by many factors. Therefore, the orthogonal experiment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were integrated to study the ratio of ragged root of sugarcane. First, different parameter combinations were researched based on the orthogonal experiment to find out the effects on different investigated indexes. Second the ratios of ragged root were evaluated comprehensively according to the fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the range analysis has been carried out on the bases of the evaluated values and the orthogonal experimental results to determine the optimal parameter combination. Thus, the multi-index experiment is changed into single-index experiment. The research indicates the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can get better application result.
