摘 要:随着人们环境意识的提高,产品的回收利用性能成为模块化设计的一个重要目标。从寿命分析、材料相容性、回收经济性、环境影响、结构与物理交互5个方面,建立了面向回收的产品模块化设计准则;描述了面向回收的产品模块化构建问题,并针对零件的模糊关系矩阵采用模糊聚类算法进行模块划分;最后以空调器室外机组为实例进行了验证与分析。With people's environmental consciousness raises, the recycling performance of products has become one of the important objectives in design, as well as in modular design. Five basic rules for recycling in modular design were presented, including the lifecycle analysis, materials compatibility, recycling profit, environmental impact of recycling, and structural and physical interaction analysis. The problem of module forming for recycling was described, and fuzzy clustering algorithm was adopted to form the components cluster based on the fuzzy relation matrix that has been established to denote the fuzzy relation between the parts according to the five rules. An example of air-conditioner was demonstrated to show that such method is applicable and effective for product modularity.
