摘 要:通过对我国特别是云南省近几十年来历次大地震中村镇木结构房屋的震害总结,将此类结构在地震中易于受损的原因归纳为构件强度不足、节点连接弱、结构体系不稳定等九个方面,介绍了据此在《村庄与集镇建筑抗震技术规程》和《村镇建筑抗震构造图集》相关内容的编制中制定的应对措施,其目的是在不增加或少量增加造价的前提下,以简便易行的手段提高村镇木结构房屋的抗震能力。Based on the field investigation and literature summarization of seismic hazard to timber houses in villages and towns of Yunnan Province in recent decades, the fragilities in earthquake of timber structures could be concluded into nine aspects, such as insufficient component capacity, weakness in joint and connection, instability of structural framework, etc. Therefore, the corresponding could be worked out and adopted in Specification for Seismic Design of Buildings in Villages and Towns and Standard Construction Drawings for Seismic Detail of Buildings in Villages and Towns, in order to improve the seismic capacity of timber houses in villages and towns by means of simple and easy way under none or little increased cost.
