摘 要:在实际工程中,有机工业废水水质、水量变动幅度较大,经常含有毒害性物质,采用常规SBR工艺容易出现污泥膨胀.在对PAC(粉末活性炭)的吸附特性进行考察的基础上,采用粉末活性炭强化的SBR工艺对原有SBR工艺进行强化,近两个月的实际运行结果表明,CODcr去除率达90.2%-98.5%,BOD,去除率达91.8%。98.4%,NH,-N去除率达83.4%-94.8%,各项处理效果均优于SBR工艺.通过对比PAC—SBR工艺对CODcr,BOD,去除效果的改善作用,在一定程度上可以说明微生物与PAC存在相互加强的关系是PAC—SBR工艺对有机物去除的改善作用机理.此外污泥性能得到改善,有效避免了污泥膨胀、泡沫等异常现象的发生,因此对于现有的SBR工艺是一种简单易行、灵活高效的改进方法.Organic industry wastewater usually changes a lot in quality and quantity in wide range. Sometimes poison material is contained. So the sludge - swell often happens in general SBR technic. On the base of experiment to test adsorption characteristic of PAC ( power active carbon), PAC - SBR technic was adopted to substitute. Results indicated that removal rate of COD, could reach 90. 2% -98.5%, BOD5 91.8% - 98.4% and NH3 -N 83.4% -94. 8%, which were prior to SBR technic. Contrast the differential improvement to CODor and BOD5, the conclusion could be obtained that the mechanism of PAC - SBR to reinforce organic removal was the mutual -enhancement relation between PAC and microorganism. Besides, performance of sludge was amended and the sludge - swell and foam were abstained effectively. So it is a simple and high -efficient upswing method to replace general SBR technic.
