摘 要:为得到外伸端板节点的抗火性能,使用火灾试验炉对4个足尺H型钢外伸端板节点进行火灾行为的试验研究,结果表明:柱的翼缘屈曲和端板弯曲变形是引起节点破坏的主要因素,加劲肋可以提高节点的临界温度60℃左右.此外,端板厚度对节点抗火性能有明显影响.并利用非线性有限元软件对试件进行火灾反应分析,得出节点的温度分布和节点转角-温度关系.有限元分析和试验结果对比表明,取得了较好的一致,验证了用有限元进行火灾反应分析的正确性和可行性.In order to investigate the fire resistance of extended end - plate connection, an experimental study was performed by using furnace on four full -scale specimens made with H shaped steel. The results showed that the bulking of column flange and flexure of end - plate were mainly factors resulting the failure of joint in fire, and stiffeners can increase the critical temperature of joint about 60 ℃. In addition, the depth of end - plate was found to have significantly effect on fire resistance of joins. Parallel to the experiment work an analysis investigation was carried out by employing the finite element package. Temperature distribution and rotation -temperature -relation of joint were obtained from the finite element method (FEM). By comparing the results of finite element studies with experimental measurement, a good agreement was found between them, showing the accuracy and feasibility of the analysis with FEM.
