河南红色旅游发展对策研究

摘　　要：河南省发展红色旅游具有明显的资源优势和有利的开发条件,向纵深发展面临良好机遇,但发展过程中还存在诸多问题。在此基础上,文章提出河南红色旅游发展的对策:正确处理保护和利用的关系;构建政府主导和市场运作的发展模式;强化旅游地生命周期意识;打造精品线路和品牌;加强宣传力度,营造红色旅游文化氛围;建设区域旅游合作体系。On developing redtourism, Henan Province has an obvious advantage of resource and favorable exploit condition. There is a good chance of expanding redtourism but a lot of problems lie in its development. Based on this, the article puts forward the countermeasures on it. They are to deal with the relation between protections and exploit, to form the development pattern led by the government and market, to strengthen the life cycle consciousness in the tourist places, to make excellent tourist routes and brands, to strengthen the propaganda and develop the cultural atmosphere of redtourism, to build the inter-regional tourism co-operation system .
