摘　　要：毛毕属吸虫是危害人体健康,也给禽类养殖业造成严重经济损失的血吸虫之一。在该类血吸虫的虫种鉴定研究中,传统的鉴定方法主要是以形态学和生活史为研究基础,随着虫种数量增加,其局限性日益明显,细胞学和分子生物学方法遂广泛应用于毛毕属吸虫虫种鉴定方面的研究。该文就毛毕属吸虫虫种鉴定的研究进展作一综述。Trichobilharzia is one of the important schistosomea threatening human health and causing substantial economic loss in the cultivation of poultry. Morphological and life-cyclic characterization of Trichobilharzia species provides a limited number of criteria for species determination, therefore, the cytologic methods, molecular markers and PCR-based technique of species identification have widely applied for the assessment of Trichobilharzia species. This review deals with the research progress on assessment of this parasite.
