奥扎格雷钠抗血栓作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过口服给药研究奥扎格雷钠的抗血栓作用.方法:颈总动脉温度测定法和体外旋转环内模拟体内血液流动状态,形成血栓测定法观察该药的抗血栓作用.结果:奥扎格雷钠对颈总动脉温度测定法和体外旋转环内模拟体内血液流动状态,形成血栓测定法无明显的抗血栓作用.结论:奥扎格雷钠口服给药无明显的抗血栓作用.Objective： To study the antithrombotic function of Ozagrel Sodium through oral administration. Methods： Studing the antithrombotic function of Ozagrel Sodium by imitating the state of internal blood flow with thermometry via common carotid artery and rotary ring. Results： The experimental results showed that Ozagrel Sodium didn＇t possess obvious antithrombotic function in this condition. Conclusion： Thrombosis can＇t be inhibited by Ozagrel Sodium through oral administration.
