摘　　要：目的:探讨以血液改变为首发症状的系统性红斑狼疮的诊断;方法:分析、观察10例病人的诊断及治疗过程.结果:可以防止不典型的系统性的红斑狼疮的误诊误治.结论:医生注意对血液改变病人的分析、观察能早期发现不典型红斑狼疮病人,减少误诊误治.Objective： This article mainly talk about the systemic lupus Erythematosus whose first symptom is the change of blood;Methods：It is concluded from the observation and analysis during the process of diagnoses and treatment of 10 cases;Results：It prevents non - typical SLE from being wrong diagnosed and treated;Conclusion：Doctors should pay more attention to the patients whose blood has changed in order to discover non - typical SLE in its early time and to reduce wrong diagnoses and treatment.
