摘 要:制作了在N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis-1-naphthyl)-(1,1′-biphenyl)-4,4′-diamine(NPB)和aluminium-tris-8-hydroxy-quinoline(Alq3)中分别掺杂黄色荧光染料5,6,11,12,-tetraphe-nylnaphthacene(Rubrene)的双发光区有机黄光电致发光器件。器件的结构为ITO/NPB(30nm)/NPB∶Rubrene(20nm)/Alq3∶Rubrene(20nm)/Alq3(30nm)/LiF(0.8nm)/Al。NPB作为空穴传输层材料,Alq3作为电子传输材料,NPB和Alq3中掺杂Rubrene的浓度分别为0.9%和1.4%。实验结果表明,由于Rubrene具有较强的载流子俘获能力,而且在Alq3和NPB层中进行掺杂,相对于单掺杂层器件为Rubrene提供了更多的俘获空位,从而提高了器件的性能。This paper reports the double emitting zone yellow organic light-emitting diodes doped with 5, 6, 11, 12,-tetraphenylnaphthacene (Rubrene) into N, N'-diphenyl-N, N'-bis-1-naphthyl)-(1, 1'-biphenyl)-4, 4'-diamine(NPB) host and aluminium-tris-8-hydroxy-quinoline (Alq3) host to form double emitting zone. The device structure included indium tin oxide glass (ITO) substrate/30 nm NPB as hole transparent layer/NPB: Rubrene (20 nm) as emitting layer/Alq3: Rubrene (20 nm) as emitting layer/30 nm Alq3 as electron transport layer/0.8 nm LiF/aluminum(Al). The concentration doped with rubrene into NPB and Alq3 is 0.9% and 1.4 %, respectively. Organic layers were deposited by high-vacuum (1.3×10^-2 Pa) thermal evaporation onto a cleaned glass substrate precoated with transparent, conductive indium-tin-oxide (ITO). The layer thickness of the deposited material was monitored in situ using an oscillating quartz thickness monitor. Finally, a LiF buffer layer and Al cathode were vapor-deposited at a background pressure of 1.3×10^-2 Pa onto the organic films. Electroluminescent (EL) spectra and Commission Internationale De L'Eclairage (CIE) coordination of these devices were measured by a PR650 spectroscan spectrometer. The luminance-current density-voltage characteristics were recorded simultaneously with the measurement of the EL spectra by combining the spectrometer with a Keithley model 2400 programmable voltage-current source. All measurements were carried out at room temperature under ambient conditions. The device exhibited the maximum emission of 16 640 cd/m^2 at the driving voltage of 18 V. Compared with the device doped with rubrene into NPB and Alq3, respectively. The maximum luminance of the device with double emitting zone were found to be improved compared to the device doped with NPB or Alq3. This device exhibits yellow emission with maximum efficiency 4.2 cd/A, and Commission Internationale De L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.50, 0.47�
